1.5文件的优先次序
1.5 Priority of documents
构成合同的各个文件应被视作互为说明的。为解释之目的，各文件的优先次序如下：
The documents forming the Contract are to be taken as mutually explanatory of one another. For the purposes of interpretation, the priority of the documents shall be in accordance with the following sequence:
（a） 合同协议书(如有时)，
(a) the Contract Agreement (if any),
（b）中标函，
(b) the Letter of Acceptance,
（c）投标函，
(c) the Letter of Tender,
（d）专用条件，
(d) the Particular Conditions,
（e）本通用条件
(e) these General Conditions,
（f） 规范
(f) the Specification,
（g）图纸，和
(g) the Drawings, and
（h）资料表以及其它构成合同一部分的文件。
(h) the Schedules and any other documents forming part of the Contract.
如果在合同文件中发现任何含混或矛盾之处，工程师应颁发任何必要的澄清或指示。
If an ambiguity or discrepancy is found in the documents, the Engineer shall issue any necessary clarification or instruction.

（b） the Particular Conditions;
专用条件，
（c） these General Conditions;
本通用条件，
（d） the Employer’s Requirements;
雇主要求，
（e） the Tender and other documents forming part of the Contract .
投标书和构成合同组成部分的其他文件。
