是项目初设中成本核算的一个名词，比如：海运费：FOBX6%，海运保险费：FOBX1.0635X0.3%等等，那么FOB是指什么费？

船边交货（指定装运港），是当货物在指定的装运港越过船舷，卖方即完成交货。这个术语适用于海运或内河运输。

就是离岸价。free on board。由买方承担运费，保险，海关等费用

FREE ON BOARD
(... named port of shipment)
“Free on Board" means that the seller delivers when the goods pass the ship&#39s rail at the named port of shipment. This means that the buyer has to bear all costs and risks of loss of or damage to the goods from that point. The FOB term requires the seller to clear the goods for export. This term can be used only for sea or inland waterway transport. If the parties do not intend to deliver the goods across the ship&#39s rail, the FCA term should he used.
