      招标是很严肃的事情，应将具体时间写清楚，如果是事先联系投标人，也应将预计时间写出来

修改后:
Do you received the ,从语法上讲是不对的,修改为Did you received the...,不过你说这句话的意思是想问她有没有收到,是对现在的影响,所以最好用现在完成时.Have you received the ....

please contacted us ．．please后面一般用原形please contact us..语气委婉一些可以考虑would you please contact us.

1. Attached please .attached最好改成attachment.
