原文:Award stage: the award of contract either on the basis of "lowest price" or various criteria for determining which offer is "the most economically advantageous" to the purchaser( i.e. best value for money). Government policy is to use the latter criterion.
也就就是最低价法或综合评价最优法,而且公共采购使用后者.
