Now I am looking for a Purchasing Manager base in Shanghai for my client, a prestigious American firm in Instrument manufacture.

Lead a team of buyers to work with CSR (customer service representative), sales people, logistics to make sure the products and services purchased from outside of the company are in place on the timely basis to meet customer requirement and meanwhile minimize impact to this company. Lead a team to select and manage service providers for the major spend areas, e.g. travel agents, hotels, etc for whole China.
