职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Full understanding of local supplier market for ALSTOM TGM purchased products and components
Market investigation, selecting the best supplier in accordance to our needs
Establish local qualified supplier base in coordination with PTC KCM and USM
Provides assistance to KCM and USM for Sourcing in their region for getting proposals, negotiations or following local suppliers
Support KCM and USM regarding localisation in respect to the local market
Tasks:
Market research, identification of new of suppliers, follow up of RFI磗, ensure
complete documentation stored in ePurchasing platform
Support locally, PTC KCM and USM in the RFQ process (Tendering & Order Excecution)
Provide data and information to establish total cost analysis (tax, duties, etc)
Assits the negotiating and/or lead the negotiation with local suppliers for frame agreements and project related contracts
Initiate & support Qualification and development of suppliers (new and
existing ones) in coordination with PTC/Q-K Europe, documentation in Single
Qualified Supplier DB
Follow up and supervision of trial orders
Initiate & support corrective and preventive actions where necessary in
coordination with PTC/Q and PTC/K
Involvement in the claim management activities and lead them in case of repetitive problems
Identifying, proposing and doing the follow-up of harmonisation, standardization and localization (material substitution)
Follows up competitors activities and their supplier base
Requirement profile:
Education
Engineering degree or business economist from university or equivalent
Idealy degree or training in sourcing
Language
fluency in English (writing/conversation)
fluency in local language
third language (French and/or German or other) would be a plus
Personal skills
good negotiation skills
strong analytical skills
resistance to pressure
good communicator, team player
ability to work autonomously
experience with customers/suppliers
Technical skills
basic knowledge about gas and steam turbines
