Responsibility
-Support and advise R&D department during the product development concerning component technology, supplier choice, cost definition.
-Be responsible to perform BOM benchmarks and value analysis.
-Cost optimization by early involvement of supplier know-how and technology.
-Ensure preferred supplier concept(FPL) during product development process.
-Strong collaboration with worldwide R&D department, Commodity Business Teams and Purchasing Engineer.
-Ensure knowledge transfer from supplier to OSRAM R&D.

Requirement
-University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
-Min. 3 years professional experience or equivalent.
-Good communication in Chinese and English

Buyer 年薪 7-10W
Main Job:
-Target to obtain/optimize the lowest possible total end use cost within the requirements of quality, price, delivery & service;
- Vendor and employee account set up;
- New project launch;
- Supplier Scorecard, selection and evaluate;
- Purchasing related procedure;
- Reporting of PO and cost saving in Access
- Contract management;
- Compliance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree, Major in business administration or EBnglish or experience equivalent to that.
- More than 2 years in purchasing field, or experience equivalent to that.
- Fluent in written & spoken English, CET 6 is preferred.
- Proficient in MS office and SAP R/3 system.
- Good communication, responsible and honest.
